Symptom
You have configured your web space to use SSL, but you cannot connect via SSL to your server. You want to make sure that the certificate was installed correctly and that your Server offers SSL trouble-free.
Solution
Go to https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html and enter your domain name into the „hostname“ field. Click the “submit” button afterwards. The Qualy SSL Labs website will test your SSL certificate and the SSL server connection thoroughly and rate both.
Alternatively you can add your domain to the test URL:
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=[Your domain name]
for example
